Introduction
One of the largest producers of fibers and polyester yarn and the only producer of acrylic fiber in Iran, Polyacryl Iran Corporation has established itself as an institution consolidated with a set of services, values and commitments.
With the all-out efforts of the employees and support of its committed customers, this manufacturing establishment has managed to partially work in the direction of supplying the demands of the domestic and international markets. Working to respond to the reasonable demands and expectations of the customers, the Sales and Marketing Section has continually been striving to identify the needs, market demands and improve the quality and quantity of the products as well as services provided, pursuing and implementing them by holding meetings, administering customer satisfaction questionnaires, handling the suggestions and complaints received and discussing them directly or indirectly. We hope to fulfill the commitments and responsibilities by using the results and interacting further with the other sources concerned.
PIC products generally fall into two categories: Major, including polyester and acrylic (sub-products of manmade fibers) and Minor, to which tentative references will be made. |
